"I wasn't satisfied with my home and auto insurance,2 seperate companies. I asked my friends if they could recommend an honest,reliable insurance company,and they gave me Mr Mitch Devers ,State Farm in Prattville Al. I then checked out the reviews on their website and a few more sites also.All were great reviews. So I called Mr Devers state farm office and met a lovely lady named Barbara. We made a day for me to come in ,giving Barbara a few days to check things out and give me a quote. The quote was nice,covered all that I need,so I went in today to set it up. Barbara was very efficient,knowledgeable,and explained things to me. Then she contacted my 2 insurance companies to cancel and set me up with state farm. One was a little time consuming but got it done,the other was a headache ,but I had already warned Barbara about their horrible customer service. Mr Devers came in and introduced himself,it felt like the good old days when those u had insurance with were also ur friends! It was a very informative and pleasant visit ,and Barbara was great at getting things done. It feels very good to know I have no worries with this company,Mitch Devers,State Farm in Prattville Al.
